A villa move is a big job. There are more rooms, more furniture, and usually a garden, a store room and a maid room full of things nobody has looked at for years. A free survey and a fixed price

Before the move we visit your villa, or you send us a short video on WhatsApp. We look at the size of the beds, the wardrobes, the dining set, the sofas and the outdoor furniture. Then we tell you how many men and how many trucks the job needs and give you one clear price. Nothing is added later. If you want packing only, or moving only, we can price that too.

We also tell you honestly what will not fit through a door or a staircase, and what has to be opened up. Knowing this early saves damage and arguments on moving day.

Packing that protects your home

Our packers use double wall cartons, bubble wrap, foam sheets, stretch film and thick blankets. Plates and glasses are wrapped one by one and packed standing up so they do not crack. Clothes go into hanging boxes so shirts and abayas reach the new villa ready to hang. Paintings, mirrors and TV screens travel in flat boxes with corner guards. Mattresses get their own covers, and sofas are wrapped in film before anyone touches them. Every box is labelled with the room it belongs to, so the unpacking day is calm instead of a treasure hunt.

One team from start to finish

A supervisor stays with you the whole day. He tells the crew what to load first, keeps the count of boxes and furniture, and checks each room before the truck leaves. At the new villa the same team places the furniture where you point, opens the boxes you want opened, and takes all the used paper and cartons away. You are left with a clean house, not a pile of rubbish.

If your new villa is not ready yet, we can store your things in a clean, dry warehouse and deliver them on the date you choose.
